Provide Proof of Damage
Attach clear photographs of the shipping box, the packaging materials, and the specific damage to the bottle or seal for our insurance records.
Await Return Authorization
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Ship the Item Back
Securely repackage the original bottle and ship it back to our warehouse; once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.
