Broken Barrel California Oak Bourbon Whiskey produced entirely in California. We combined the best of the two states to create this unique whiskey blend! This whiskey is distilled, aged, and sealed in our warehouse in Northern California before being transported to Kentucky where it is finished with 80% Central Coast Cabernet barrel staves, and 20% French Oak staves for a minimum of two years. The French oak imparts a slight tannin character, while maintaining signature vanilla notes from the American white oak barrels. A great balance of complexity and approachability that you'll enjoy throughout your day.
